However, the Bolt EVs will not being going into the hands of everyday Americans. That day remains far into the future. They instead will join a fleet of 50 other slightly less sophisticated autonomous Bolts being tested on the streets of Detroit, San Francisco and Scottsdale, AZ. . . . I can imagine Musk is ROTFLOL. Well - you also have to remember that it's been years that Google Cars (2 different versions) have been running around the landscape .... and they actually do call them autonomous, even though the driver frequently has to take control. We went on a trip up to San Fransisco recently & our host's son was driving one. He honored us by driving by in it. We were not allowed to take pictures. It was loaded to the gills with computer looking goodies.
