Extended Warranty

    I apologize in advance if this question has been asked and answered elsewhere, but I've put on over 30,000 miles on my 2005 prius and I have to decide soon whether to purchase an extended warranty. My question has two parts:

    1. Is it necessary?
    2. If it is, where should I purchase it?
