? for someone who is about to buy a Prius and is a current Sirius subscriber with a mobile radio already installed in a BMW. 1. The sales person has told me that the Sirius radio is already installed (just have to call Sirius to subscribe) Is the radio really in the cars or will I be hit with a last minute "service department" install fee? 2. I'd check the particular car you're considering very carefully. Most of the factory radios are "satellite radio ready"; the car you're considering may have the Sirius setup already installed, but I have my doubts. Check the windshield or roof for the satellite antenna. No antenna = no Sirius installed = additional charge to have installed at dealer. I don't have the sat radio installed, so I can't help you regarding titles/presets. Hope this helps.
