Fan Flapping Passenger Side Dash

    When I start my car I can hear a fan in the pax side dashboard start to slowly turn, making a fluttering sound. This sound changes in speed and intensity based on the speed which I set the blower. Any ideas how I can inspect this part? What it could be?

    I would check the cabin filter for buildup or animals.

    Cabin filter was crimped. Took it out, replaced it, something is still hitting the fan?

    did you look in the fan blades? they are below the filter

    If it was crimped it was put in wrong. Small side goes in. Try a narrow noozle vacuum while you are putting in a new filter. Use a good light and mirror to inspect.
