Fan not coming on with GC01 after harness install on 08 Prius

    I hooked up the wrong white/blk stripe wire on the PWM board to begin with. Went back and sure enough found a small white/blk stripe wire. Yet even with the correct wires the HV battery fan doesn't come on when I start a charge with the GC01. I checked the fuse for the fan, it's good.
    The car is in an airconditioned garage(battery under 95F) but I thought the GC01 always turned on the fan when charging. I am afraid to drive the car or run a charge for fear it will overheat the cells. Any help appreciated as the wife wants to know when her car will be put back together.

    edit: it is coming on as I drive it around, can barely hear it running, but not with the charger that I can tell.
