B1421 is of no concern. That code is provided only so that a person can tell whether the solar sensor on the dash works. When the sensor works properly, B1421 will be present if the car is shaded or in darkness, and not present if the car is in strong sun. B1431 and B1441 both pertain to the air door (hava klapesi) that controls the mixture (karisim) of heated and unheated air. B1441 is an issue with that door's kontrol servomotor, and B1431 is an issue with that door's pozisyon sensor. B1443 is a similar issue with the kontrol servomotor that moves the door selecting which outlets (çıkış) deliver the air. Those servomotors can develop problems in the Gen 2 Prius (commonly, the problem really is the pozisyon sensor).
