Probably a pointless post, but I have been guilty of more than a few. I sort of forgot about a few of the old time bands I loved and cherished....no, nothing like the Stones and Beatles, but some of the more "forgotten," off the the main track animals. Old and in the Way comes to mind, as do the Sons of Champlin and pure prairie league, as well as new riders of the purple sage. Having grown up along the coast in Southern California, Ventura Highways was always a fave.
West Coast Pop Art Experimental Band; Electric Flag (Sirius/XM Deep Tracks still plays them once in awhile); Moody Blues first releases- I liked them all.
Haircut 100, Alien ( the band that released "Sons of the Universe" in the late '70s, not the Swedish group that got together around 1980 and is still together).
