I'm confused. I go to a forum named The File Library, find a topic of interest, for example Oak Ridge National Lab Prius Evaluation. and the first post by efusco states: "This is a very thorough and detailed article explaining the function of the hybrid system of the Prius...43 pages, but quite impressive. ", but there is NO FILE there to download. I have seen this a number of times. Where is the &^@&^ file?
