    I have noticed that financing rates are different in different areas of the country sometimes. Is the rate you get based on where you buy the car, or where you live?

    Rates and such are based on where you BUY.

    Sales tax & title is based on where you register to / live.

    Read the fine print. Some promo rates are offered to "residents of..."
