Finding 12 volt switched power- any ideas?

    I picked up a cheap Gentex 313 autodimming homelink mirror on ebay and now need to install it (I will be doing a write up DIY). I am curious if anyone knows where I can find switched 12v power under the dash? If no one is sure, I will dig around under there till I find it with a multimeter

    I use a fuse tap on the seat heater circuit. It's switched power, even though our car doesn't have heated seats.
