Hmmm - It says, 70-100 to be produced by the end of 2010: | ElectroVelocity | Project Nina Headquartered in Irvine CA, but Made in Finland?
That seems strange that they picked Finland. Does anyone know why? I like having this car in the mix, but 15K annual production and sales sounds wildly optomistic. Maybe 2012 will be the year of the ev and phv. By then Nissan, Ford, chevy, Tesla, should have manufacturing in place and some bugs fixed in the car designs.

I think one of the reasons has been the quality of the factory. They used to build Porsche Boxters for many years in the past and Finland's factory was one of the most problem free factory for Porsche.
