I have 2 fobs and 2 keys. When I press the fobs I get the red light to blink. Are batteries dead? So I tried both keys and neither one will open the door. If the 12V is dead wouldn’t the still still work?
yes, if the mechanical key is original, the lock probably needs some lube, and pliers for leverage, but don't bend it! otherwise, you'll need a locksmith to get in and open the hatch.
