Hi- I have a broken foglight and I have no desire to have it on my car anymore because I've read a lot of damage occurs from heat and also the rocks in the road. I have only basic skills in automatic repair, no desire to remove bumper at this time. Do they make a blackout cover which just covers up the hole for the foglight - someithng like a len's cap. Or does someone have a solution that doesn't require a lot of money?
Thanks! I was hoping for a solution that doesn't involve replacing the whole thing. My only goal is to pass inspection to be honest.

One unorthodox solution but cheap. They are almost the exact size as the resealable black plastic lids on 10 or 12 oz. coffee cans. Maybe you could just buy a couple of cans of coffee at the market and use Krazy Glue or a silicone adhesive to cover the fog lights with the round coffee can lids.
