    The Gen 3 Prius takes an H11 bulb in the oem foglight and the lowbeam headlight (non LED equipped models).

    The 9005 is used in the highbeam.

    Burna J has two sets of H11 LED bulbs on sale in the marketplace private sales.

    I bought a pair identical to these. They're about as bright as a candle. If you just want neat decorative lights, go for it. Just don't expect any useful illumination.
