You enjoy your holidays too. We have family visiting in and out but too warm for a white Christmas.

 

Earthquakes.

The first night we moved into our house we had the 6.0 hit in Napa, which is about 10 miles from us as the crow flies. Other than that, they are too small to notice. But the thought of them keeps more people away.

My folks are out here and in-laws and her grandmother are over for dinner. What I enjoy is an old family tradition of baked corn casserole that has been passed down through6 generations of my side of the family.

No white Christmas here either, but we’ll make do.

 

Hurricanes, flooding, and blizzards vs earthquakes, fires, and mudslides. Hmmm.

My corner has volcanoes and lahars too.

Some of you might not know what snow looks like on or around their car, so let me introduce you to the experience. Sometimes the tornados in the Midwest will blow that snow right off!

 

That’s a nice dusting of snow. We get a little more than that here in Canada. Lol
