    GM's Failure Of Brand Management At GMC And Buick - Forbes

    The article that the author points to at 7 Simple Techniques To Build Customer Loyalty - Forbes was decent but was indicative of the Buick/GMC dealer vs. the Toyota dealer in his area. I'd imagine there are Toyota dealers just as bad as the Buick/GMC dealer he cites...
