I noticed that cwerdna is falling down on the job so I guess I'll have create this sighting thread myself. Please report only cars seen in the wild -- cars seen at the dealer don't count. Both plug and non-plug cars are fair game.
Okay, so this morning I pulled out of the driveway and there was a shiny white C-MAX hybrid parked right in front of my condo building. It was still there when I returned tonight. The VIN is in the low 300's (ends with something like 5003XX). It looks nice enough inside and out. I'm curious to take one for a drive sometime soon since I never did get around to driving a Ford hybrid.
LOL! You rang? Haha. I haven't seen one other than briefly test driving one at AltCar Expo. I apparently have lost the motivation to update the Leaf and Volt sighting threads... I still do see both, on occasion.
I'm routinely seeing several Volts per day on my commute and they are now more frequent than LEAFs. I also see several PiPs and have gotten good at recognizing them quickly.
I may have spotted my first C-MAX Energi while driving down a local city street in San Jose, CA. It was white and I saw the charging port near the driver's side door. At least I think it was a C-MAX but I didn't get a good luck at the back side so it could have been a Focus EV. I'm only 33.3333333% sure.
Heck, I think I have the only new Fusion around here. I have yet to see another one. I see at least one Cmax a week, my Father in law owns one.
I did see a C-Max Hybrid (IIRC) near In-N-Out Burger in South San Jose on Wednesday afternoon. I think that's the only one I've seen in the wild, so far.
