    I know that this is the wrong place to post this, but, probably the closest ;)

    It's a Ford Escape PHEV conversion kit!

    That's pretty badass mileage. I bet the electric motor(s) in the Escape are more powerful than those in the Prius so this kind of electric-only range is accomplished more easily.
