Purchased four Sylvania H9 bulbs with plans to do the H9 to H11 "conversion." However, after installing fog lights, I realized that it was not worth the trouble. These are new in the box, sealed, and never used. These cost $15+ tax each at most auto part stores so the price I am offering is a steal in comparison.
