Along the lines of Fraudulent HOV Green sticker prius spotted | PriusChat, this was posted on the BMW i3 Facebook group today.

For those unfamiliar with the California HOV stickers, see Eligible Vehicles - Single Occupant Carpool Lane Use Stickers. Basically, only pure BEVs, CNG vehicles and hydrogen FCEVs are eligible.
