    So we went to the Chris Rock concert last night, and guess what? FREE PREFERRED PARKING for hybrids. 20 dollar value. Thank you! Cha ching!

    That's too bad. They really should do that on a permanent basis. And advertise it. No HOV necessary. Just the make and models that qualify.
