I don't own a Prius, but decided to join the forum after lurking for a while. The Prius was released officially in Brazil only in the last year, in one version only, so it's one of the last countries to have it available. Back here Diesel fuel in vehicles with a payload lower than one metric ton (unless they're 4WD with dual-range transfer case or carry more than 9 passengers not counting the driver) is forbidden, so there's a good marketing perspective for the Prius, altough its retail price back here is not so competitive.
