I need to replace the front driver speed sensor in my 2015 Prius C do to accident damage. Toyota is asking 200+ for the part. Has anybody found a cheaper option. I have found it on Amazon and Ebay for 20 but that seem too good to be true. Napa wants 290 and Advance auto wants 244. I would have expected an after market part to be 80-150 based on Toyota price.
It is too good to be true. I paid a mechanic $500 to replace a (rear) wheel bearing on our car and the no-name part he put on didn't even make it 6000 miles. I had to replace it myself with the real deal. Get a real Toyota bearing. Order it from one of the Toyota dealers that runs online parts sales- they often have the best prices.
