I want to change the front rotors/brakes but I am wondering if there is something I should be careful of. I have a 2012 Prius c. I notice a noise when I turn off the car that sounds like the brakes being adjusted. I’m I correct? If so will have to take this into consideration when changing rotors/brakes??
you have a brake accumulator pump that pressurizes from the 12v when you open the drivers door or step on the brake pedal. so when the caliper is off, you don't want to do those things or it blows out the piston. easiest is just disconnect the 12v negative.
