Just recently after owning the Prius V 5 since last June it has begun making sounds seeming to originate from the front end making a creaking noise when we first start up at slow speed. Do we need to be concerned? Any ideas about what we are hearing? Once the has motor begins we no longer hear the sound.
You should have Toyota Care full coverage if still in the first 2 years. Take it to the dealership and have them review for anything loose or possibly tangled up into the engine that should not be there. Mine will only make noises as it is cooling down from a drive when turned off.
