Front end/under the hood noise?

2004 Prius, ~314k miles

This noise has been driving me insane for the past week. There’s a distinct chirping noise when the engine is under load, as well as when shaking the front passenger tire. I had some front end suspension replaced recently (strut assemblies, sway bar links, tie rod end), albeit with less than ideal aftermarket parts.

I’m trying to put the least amount of money in this Prius as I can (within reason), as I just need it to last until I graduate next year.
