Front fender line driver side last screw

Hi
I’m changing my front fender liner driver side after a small collision because of extremely ice roads.
The front have a small crack which have made it so I can’t unscrew the last screw and insert the new front fender line.
Any good recommendations what to do here. All the other clips and screw went fine.

Should I remove the black fender front or can I bend it back
