OP in that link is oblivious to entreaties regarding his location, frustrating. In North Amerca at least, Toyota says nothing, and it's probably for the best, to just let it be. Getting to it is involved, removal of rear seat cushion, prying off a sealant-applied lid on the gas tank, fishing the fuel pump out, extricating the filter from the pump.
