if you have a contract and it is administered by fidlelity or fws and have any questions post here. chances are if you bought your toyota in fla,ga,al,nc,sc you prob have one these contracts. i am work for fws and can answer almost any questions you have about how the contracts work we are a large and stable company and under South Eastern Toyota umbrella and try to help our customers per the terms of the contracts. if your contract has administer by anyone else i know little about how there companies work and cant help
