Hey all, I have a a 2010 and my gas gauge seems to be acting up. After going down a long hill it shows the beeping bar (almost out of gas). When I hit the gas station it only took 8 gallons, seemed way too son as I had recently filled up and expected at least another 75 miles, it regularly takes 10.5 gal when the last bar flashes. In another instance it showed a solid bar but ran out of gas. Is there any place I should start to troubleshoot? Not throwing any codes. Edit - it is throwing code U0155 although my limited research doesn't seem to shoew any relation to gads gauge.
Well at least in a generation 3 you can replace the sending unit the fuel pump and all of that as the gas tank is free and open unlike other models I would imagine the sending unit for the fuel gauge is probably not prohibitively expensive and may even be covered in the aftermarket as it's just a sender unit.
