Gas Peddle Adjustment 4 Easier Coasting?

    Hi From Florida it is extremely difficult to make my o5 Prius Coast
    Coasting easily is intermittent does anyone know if there is any adjustment or re calibration to make coasting easier.

    If you rest your foot lightly on the gas, it'll stop regen, you'll coast easier.

    So hows your overall gas mileage?

    Yes, there are hypermiling techniques that some apply to improve hybrid gas mileage efficiency, including coasting as much as possible.

    But sometimes I think people try to "out think" the system. If you are happy with your gas mileage, my answer would be, your Prius is coasting enough.

    If you're unhappy with your gas mileage? Then perhaps something is wrong in either alignment or brakes.
