In my quest to replace the stubby factory knob with something more robust, I found this site: http://www.andysautosport.com/toyota/2010_9999_prius/interior/shift_knobs/ The Sparco ones have real nice blue trim ones: http://www.andysautosport.com/toyota/2010_9999_prius/interior/shift_knobs/sparco/ The longer throw knob will have you using your B detent as a regular jake brake!
Be careful getting a knob that is much heavier than the stock one. I experimented, looking for something that did not stick out as far, a bit more incognito. I had a heavier one that caused it to stick and resist going back to center as the stock one does. Now I have a small flat roundel that works fine, but I miss the lighted portion in the dark.
