I have a complete set of 38 Gen 1 modules from a factory replacement battery. It was purchased from the owner of a 2003 that was wrecked. I was told the battery had less than 10k miles on it when the car was totalled. The modules are manufacture date coded 12XO, which is October 12, 2013. I capacity tested all the modules months ago and put the pack on the shelf for self discharge testing. All 38 modules currently read 7.62 or 7.63 volts. Obviously, self discharge is not a problem for any of these modules.

I would prefer to sell all 38 modules to a Gen 1 owner that is interested in doing a complete DIY refresh of their HV battery. $1100 + shipping. Pretty sure I can fit them in 4 USPS large flat rate boxes, which would run about $80. We could probably work something out if additional parts are needed.

The heck with replacing one or two modules and hoping for the best, here's your chance to refresh your battery and then sell your old modules on ebay for 15-20 bucks each (and they would go quick). You could end up with a great battery for about $500 total.
