I just went and checked ebay because they've invested heavily in a new exact fit algorithm and if there's the slightest doubt that a part won't fit they'll say it won't.

Many parts I've bought that they say don't fit I bought prior to their exact fit algorithm update, so they error on the side of doesn't fit. So when they say a 2004-2009 clock spring are identical, that's more than enough proof for me.

I just wasn't sure if there were channel differences or what have you by the amount of buttons that were in the steering wheel That's something like general motors would do not necessarily a Asian manufacturer there'd be 5:00 springs for every option you can add to the steering wheel and so on. My buddy just needs one for his Bluetooth map loaded up generation 2 I think it's an '09 It's got the extra patch of buttons for the GPS business.
