I don't think this is that big a deal but my rear seatbelts seem goofy. The latch/release assemblies for the left seat and center seat seem reversed so that the occupants of those seats would need to cross their belts to buckle them. I would think the center mechanism should be closer to the center seat passenger, etc. Is this how the Gen 2 seatbelts should be? There's also an arrow on the metal mount bracket but it doesn't say whether it points front or back.
Check out a youtube video on removing rear seat cushion and next time you're cleaning your car interior pop it out and get a good look at the bolts where the seatbelts attach, sometime they can get a bit twisted.
