Do I need to use tech stream to get door lock/unlock remote start to work. I bought a new key fob and had a locksmith program it so the car starts but he was unable to get the buttons to work because the hybrid battery was bad. I got new battery but do t feel like spending another 100 bucks to locksmith . Can I do this myself?
i would look through the programming threads. there are some things you can do without tech stream, but there are also caveats.
search 'chicken dance' for more information than you could ever remember irt key fob programming. The important thing is....it works!!
