gen 2 spring/shock/strut same as gen 3?

    I am about to purchase a used set and the seller said its for 03-14. Are the suspension for the g2 and g3 interchangeable?

    well, it definitely won't fit an '03 (which is g1).

    Figured. The seller said it came off a 2012. Maybe ill check then out anyways. I have a 2015 pip

    putting eibach prokit 82100.140 off a 2012 in my gen 3. so the dude tried to screw me by selling his OE shocks in KYB excel-G boxes and passing them off as excel-G. they both are black in color and hard to tell. the stock shocks have toyota engraved on it and at the bottom, it saids KYB. apparently, the OE shocks are made by KYB. they might even be the same, who knows since excel-G/GR2 are OE replacements. anyways, i bought a used set of eibach prokit. it saids 82100.001 and 82100.002 for F and R. cross referenced with the eibach prokit install manual. i guess i am good to go.
