Is the 12 vlt Auxiliary Battery the same in Gen 2 and Gen 3? The reason I ask is that in my 2008 the aux. batt. had to be replaced at about 5 yrs.. and it was $250.00. I remember reading a thread that said there is a direct replacement batt. from Optima for the Gen 2 so I am wondering if the same batt. would be for Gen 3 when it comes time. I'm not paying another $250.00 for a dadgum 12 vlt batt.
