I like how Toyota is bringing back the Gen-II looks for the Prius v! The front grill looks much more like a Gen-II, and a Gen-II-style center console is more to my liking as well. Toyota leveraging the "iconic" look of the Gen-II to attract Gen-II owners to upgrade perhaps?
It's really funny that you say that: My mom (a gen II owner) doesn't like the Gen III Prius. I showed her a picture of the new Prius v last week, and her response was "that's cute. I would get that." I said, REALLY?? I hadn't seen that coming. You are absolutely on to something.
