Does anyone know what the peak current rating and over current trip level is for the IGBTs used in the Gen II Prius Inveter's 3-phase bridge on the motor drive side? Also switching frequency used? I understand that it drives motor at 500 volts and 50KW. I need to know the peak phase current I can get out of a Gen II Inverter Motor drive without tripping the driver board current limit. I want to use inverter for a DIY EV conversion.
