In the US, it's techinfo.toyota.com and in Europe it's toyota-tech.eu, but I don't know offhand what service is available from Jordan. Maybe check on their Jordanian main site and see what it says for technical library access? -Chap
I know of only three Toyota websites for public access to service information like the Repair Manual, Electrical Wiring Diagram, and New Car Features books: the two that @ChapmanF kindly mentioned, and one for Australia, toyotamanuals.com.au. Depending on which information you need, it may be important to use the version of the Electrical Wiring Diagram that corresponds to your car. Find the model code, listed on the label inside the driver’s door, and use the table below. If you have a credit card that works in euros, I think toyota-tech.eu will let you subscribe from anywhere. Once you get access, remember that the Print button will give you a PDF version of each diagram that you can save for later reference.
