My kid settle in for used 09 in MD ( no rust from what I see ). Bad new: car will park outside in Brea, CLE area. Option: installing a Cat Shield ... Or : installing a DIY pipe / wired in o2 sensor ( local ). I am lean to pipe, since they raise it, look and move on ... knowing the CLE is very exotic tourist spot. Thought ?
