Hallo Does anybody know where should I start to look for the problem? On the original scanner from toyoto I have code p3100 but under code is 310 "generator pwn line connection malfuncion" What PWN stands for? Thank you.

If it was PWM it would stand for Pulse Width Modulator which is the method used to generate a variable DC voltage from the "Inverter". JeffD
didn't see anything about pwn for that inf code- universal repair for that and a handful of other inf codes is to replace hv ecu.
