It's not the best of times for lots of people this holiday season. So, even smaller gifts mean a lot. Whether it's poinsettias to coworkers, or an extra special toy for the toy drive, or a few more cans of food, or a gift of your time to an organization which could use it, I think it'll make a big impact if those of us who can, give. Even a little. Especially if it's not expected. The holidays are a nice opportunity to surprise people with kindness. Not the usual, Christmas morning, what's on my list kindness directed at those we know and love, but random acts of kindness to those who might not expect them of us. Take advantage of the opportunity.
