Well this isn't Andy but I think I know what he was refering to. A couple of weeks ago someone called glaciergirl from up around Fairbanks was having problems with her 12 Volt battery. She wanted to test it and a dealer was quite a ways away and she didn't just want to order one because of the cost, or something like that. Well several of us including myself and Andy were trying to give her some meaningful advice and she was going to let us know what happened. I don't recall hearing back from her.

Actually, I assume you can change the bulb on your own. So I'll take pictures and make goofy jokes while Evan debates whether the part charge voids the warranty.
