Hey folks, I am pretty disappointed by the Entune system we get in the US. Curious to see if anyone has retrofitted a different OEM head unit that retains car controls. How are the head units in Europe/Japan, etc? I am hoping to be able to upgrade in a few years when something more advanced comes out (hopefully with CarPlay/Android Auto)
