they attached this vid; but it says ZERO how the manufacturer is going to get the sales creeps to get on board. The video starts by saying "they" GM are starting a new thing. ok .... great .... the last thing GM made famous was crushing EV's ... so the bar is set pretty low in order to improve .

GM has already been working on that. It was in the news a month or so ago. Basically, they are telling their Cadillac dealers to get on board, or they can get bought out. I suspect they will be doing much the same with any other dealerships with EVs. I’m not going to kick sand in their face until they fail to deliver.
One thing I do know, is that GM is hitting this pretty hard. I have a relative that was hired early on a handful of years ago when they decided they were going after the autodrive/ev stuff. My understanding is that research/development went from like a dozen people to hundreds in the first year alone. I think they're taking this pretty seriously.
