    Naw. He's really talking about the rebranding of Smart Cars that GM is going to buy. Lower income rednecks will flock to the small cars if they say "Hummer" on the side. The model number is expected to be "H0.04".

    They'll just drop H1 engines into old Chevettes and call it good. They will get further on a gallon of petrol that way.
