    GM shuffles sales leaders for 2nd time in 3 months - Yahoo! News

    I do not know... where I work, constant changes of leadership aren't necessarily a good thing. It can be rather disruptive and counterproductive. Each person coming in has their own views, priorities, goals, etc. and might cause reorgs which wastes time, can cause resets in terms of work assignment and priorities for people under them
