    This guy Lutz never fails to crack me up. One year he's crying that gas prices are killing his land barges, the next year, he's crying that taxes aren't driving people over to the non-existent volt.

    Michigan legislators are looking at a tax increase on gas of 8 cents per gallon of gas and 12 cents per gallon of diesel. It will supposedly be used for matching funds to get federal money for road projects.
